(2) The quantity, price, and rate impact of all renewable resources purchased under the electricity procurement plans for electric utilities. (3) The quantity, price, and rate impact of all energy efficiency and demand response measures purchased for electric utilities. (4) The amount of power and energy produced by each Agency facility. (5) The quantity of electricity supplied by each Agency facility to municipal electric systems, governmental aggregators, or rural electric cooperatives in Illinois. (6) The revenues as allocated by the Agency to each facility. (7) The costs as allocated by the Agency to each facility. (8) The accumulated depreciation for each facility. (9) The status of any projects under development. (10) Basic financial and operating information specifically detailed for the reporting year and including, but not limited to, income and expense statements, balance sheets, and changes in financial position, all in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, debt structure, and a summary of funds on a cash basis. (11) The quantity, price, and rate impact of all renewable resources purchased pursuant to long-term contracts under the electricity procurement plans for electric utilities.
